Maybe too late? I've a few electric based type, I've got a reversible 1 ton 120v ac 39' cable HOIST I used for building my 4 story house. I don't need it anymore because I've since made a 20' long swing stage with roof rigs that can double as rolling rigs using their lift systems individually and inverted.
