We have some pigs that need butchered and processed into sausage, roasts, etc. Anyone in the Puna area who does that, possibly using part of the meat as trade?

My friends in Mt. View used to take their sheep to one of the meat markets in Hilo for processing. (Cut and wrap). Sorry, not sure who it was or if they're even still open.
