Since small kids time our ohana would take our horses down with pack mules to gain access to the trail over to shipmans beach.
Upon arriving back about two years ago Russel rudeman and neighbor have blocked access with our quads and or mules 
and horses past his HUGE mansion to gain access .
WTF.
Has it been removed now or still up.

I thought Ruderman had a house on Paradise a la Kai road in HPP. Sold a couple years ago, don’t know who owns it now.

Yeah, what gives? 
I always jumped a free ride on the sugar cane train from HPP to Hilo until Russel pulled up all the tracks on Railroad and blocked access. I think he framed his gigantic mansion with the ties.

You are the one who posted that heʻs blocking access. if you donʻt know that itʻs true, why did you post it? I donʻt think heʻs even lived in HPP for awhile now. And frankly, I wouldnʻt want a mule train or quads tearing up my yard either.
