Finally tried Countryside Cafe recently, and it was pretty great! Reminded me of the greasy spoons of my youth, but with a much better menu.
Anyone know if they are open for Easter?

Keeau next to the laundromat near Foodland. I really like the food. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.
Used to be Charley's among other things.
