I hadn't been in the Shipman park in awhile so I was surprised to see a new Little Caesar's pizza. It was hard to tell with the construction fence around it but it looked like it was ready to open and had a "Coming Soon" sign on the fence. Probably waiting on permits/urinals.

They waited a year to begin construction: permit for 2100sf shell applied 1/26/22, issued 2/9/23.
Looks like they're about halfway through their inspections. At this rate they might open before Popeye's.
