It made me wonder if those who chose to live near PGV  a volcano have looked at the possibility of similar types of preventative medication...

Yes, you edited his response to say what you wanted. Editing someone else's post is a cheap and dishonest form of debate, but the change you made wasn't well thought out. Again, are you claiming volcanoes are dangerously radioactive?
