Update on the slow Road Runner speeds

Oceanic Time Warner Cable‘s V.P of Operations provided an update regarding the ongoing Road Runner speed issues affecting the Big Island. They’ve ordered new head end equipment to resolve this issue. However, it will take some time to integrate the new hardware.

I hope they resolve this issue soon. My Road Runner Turbo speeds remain anemic.
