I got a toyota echo, same engine I think as a Scion. I would check that the condensation drain holes are properly draining and aren't plugged up.

I hardly ever use my AC. I just added some AC refrigerant to my system... I find the belt squeaks when it rains when I have the defrost on (also kicks on the AC). So I leave it off... Wish I could fix that. Belt is tensioned correctly dunno what that problem might be. Sigh

The condensation drain from the heater box may be clogged.
