More than 40 years ago I read 'Be Here Now' by Ram Dass. Followed by Alan Watts, Buckminster Fuller, Aldus Huxley, Fritjof Capra, Marilyn Ferguson and list goes on and on.
I have studied Option, Co-Counseling, NVC, Landmark, Transpersonal Psychology, comparative mythology, religions of the world, Holo-tropic Breath Work, and since 2005 the tenants and facilitation around the Mankind Project.
I am the author of a book of philosophy, "The Contemplative Navel" (a cross between Will Rogers and Sophocles-Midwest Book Review)

Now after all of this study and writing and practice I am opening my doors as a life coach.
Nobody needs a coach. People want coaches. A coach is that person there who will love you no matter what, say the things to you that others wouldn't dare, hold you accountable to the higher vision that you have, won't believe the negative stories you tell yourself, see the gold in you when you can't see it in yourself and connect you with and guide you to your dreams.
