Just paid our bill, $87, seemed low even for a 29 day billing cycle and although our consumption was barely less than the last 29 day billing cycle it didn't explain the difference. I noticed on the back of the bill there was an "energy cost adjustment" of -8.50. Not sure what that is.
Is this just another result of lower petroleum prices catching up to Hellco?
