While Target seems to charge the same amount for ShipT orders for groceries, the same is not true for non-groceries.
From personal experience and information from ShipT shoppers, things from Target that aren't groceries, you'll pay extra to get them delivered. Examples I can think of are about +$4 for a 50 pound bag of dog food and the same for a large package of paper towels.
Stick to groceries and the deals are great.
