We will be doing a 1031 Exchange for a small rental property here in Puna and would like to turn it over to a property management company rather than deal with the hassle ourselves. I believe this has come up before, so I did a Punaweb Search on this subject but didn't have any luck with the results.
So I am asking if anyone can recommend an experienced and trustworthy property management company? Mahalo!

Day-Lum Rentals has a good reputation, but I have been told that they will only manage higher end properties.

Thanks Obie and Chunkster! Those are the two we've been considering and who others had recommended as well via word of mouth.

When I looked a couple of years ago (I check every time a tenant gives notice) I couldn't find anyone that would manage a rental up in Eden Roc. It's been quite a time trying to take care of tenants from 2300 miles away.
