Terracore, I would assume the sound was coming makai from where you are, correct? Would you guess that it's HPP side or OL side of the highway?

It came from HPP. Wife saw them from window.

Okay, I just spoke with one of my neighbors. It was fireworks but fired from a cannon or something and it was on 19th between Maku'u and Paradise, in the same area where the girl was screaming. Someone else said they heard her yelling and heard a police car so maybe he was caught. Another person said the police were "on it", whatever that means.
