Sombat's, Hilo Burger Joint, Kum Yo's, Hawaiian Style maybe? Very few Hilo restaurants I would call quality.

Oh, almost forgot, Taco Bell!

Good stuff at Sombat's and Hilo Burger Joint (wish HBJ had parking).  Unfortunately Sombat's quit serving lunch a few years ago so haven't been able to enjoy it since.

I should add I haven't dined extensively in Hilo, lots of restaurants on the bay front I haven't tried.

Also, Pineapple's is nice and has outdoor seating.
