Speedy container home
#11
Thanks for asking. The basic unit is running $45,000. There are some options for cabinetry, AC and we have four roof designs which can include attached carport and/or lanai.

Our engineers are finishing up the plans for the permit process. We are applied for a pre approval as a model home. Upon approval a buyer would need to have site plans and septic etc added.

Sweet! Keep me updated on the permit process.  I am closing on a lot in two weeks.  This may be exactly what we need to get started.  Obviously, clearing a spot is first, but you get what I mean.
Thanks

This is an excellent project but given how the county has treated HPM, I doubt you will fare any better.

The nexus between our corrupt planning department and the various construction unions is just too powerful.

I had three officials from the state fly in yesterday to inspect our model. At this point they are needing all the solutions they can find. We'll see what happens.

Here's hoping you get fast tracked and can be a ray of sunshine through all this doom and gloom.

Still working on it.  County is being obnoxious.  The official working my permit has been taking max accrued vacation and sick leave.
Assume the best and ask questions.

What is the story with the big lot full of little container office type things that has sprung up on the highway. Is that related to this? Do we really think the carpenter's union is going to permit these things to get a permit? First world dreams.
