Thanks Carrie /Carolann R for stopping in and bringing Mella and Cindy. It was nice to finally meet. It was nice to take a break from building.
Aloha

You bet Richard. It's always such a joy to see you guys. Your home is cute as anything and when the main house is done I know it will be beautiful. We made our way to the hot pond so Cindy could look (and I couldn't bring myself to even dip a toe after my friend Corey told us of her boyfriend's near miss with the bacteria this summer)...then off to the tide pools to take a peek. We were going to hit the Champagne Pond, but alas - out of time so that's another adventure next time our Mella is in town! Thanks again for being such wonderful hosts on the fly!

Aloha Richard and Mark,
Just back to the ML and trying to catch up. Thank you both so much for sharing your building and gardening adventures with Cindy, Carrie and I. It was so nice to meet you finally and visit. I forgot to even ask about the mango pitter, I was so taken by your spot in paradise! Hope we didn't set the project back too much! LOL. I was so amazed by the daisy tree that it was the only thing I managed to get a photograph of, darn!
Can't wait to see the new project finished, we sure loved the building plans for that project!
You two are so amazing, your accomplishments so beautiful, and your aloha so very warm. Mucho mahalos from Cindy and me, your culturally confused west coast friends! And many thanks to Carrie for showing us the way and guiding us to some of the most amazing places!
We are sorry we missed the Pahoa Christmas parade by one day, but saw advertisement/fliers everywhere we went!
Aloha, Mella

Hey Carrie and Mella, Like I said why build a house if you can't have friends to help you enjoy it.
Aloha
