Pam, good to hear your dive went well. Sounds like there will be about 12 or so divers this month. I'm bringing my kayak also. Sounds like a very fun day is at hand!
Remember, this is mostly an aquatics fun day with heavy on the "fun"! If you don't want to get wet, then just sit around and talk story and make new friends. Hope to see a big turn out tomorrow! Royall Hale O Na Mea Pa`ani

Hoping to get wet myself with the group. The first dive with the instructor was overkill as I had absolutely no problems but am glad I did it this way. It's best to be safe and redundant in Scuba.
Bob will bring a BBQ and Coals. I phoned Carey and she said "maybe" so I figured we needed a for sure. Bob says the "mini webber". Should be fine. I am looking forward to getting in the water with the group. THEN I am looking forward to matching up with one or two people who want to start exploring for Lobster spots. On August 31st at Midnight it would be fun to have a bonfire and go for the big hunt. I have heard of a few spots... who's game????? A GIANT THANK YOU to Royal and Wes, who were my dive buddies. That ocean kicked my butt today but it was a great dive. Stretched my current limits which is what I need to do.
Thanks to Hubby too for handling kids, bbq, and all the rest so I could just focus on dive. He even helped me unload, rinse and hang all my gear. Not bad for a non-diver... Now I must hit a warm tub, relax, put on my jammies and head to bed. Yes it is just after 4 PM but that swim REALLY kicked my butt! Hope everyone had a good day. Nice turn out! Thanks to everyone that showed up and had fun. Great to meet beejee and some other new folks. Had a couple of rain showers go through but this is Hawaii! Just a guess on my part but it looked like there was about 30 people there. Missed about 7 of the regulars for reasons beyond their control but the party goes on! ;-) The dive was good. I counted 14 at one point getting suited up, not sure if there were more or not. Visibility was so-so but anytime you get wet is good!
