Could we get an updated picture of the parking lot improvements too? In addition to our local community benefits, This park could be a welcomed site for The many Kona hotels offering family tours to the summit of maunakea also. Probably going to be millions of dollars worth of water alone hauled up to that park every year now, to flush toilets and wash. The military base already spends 8-10 million annually to truck water up the mountain. Maybe some of the added water revenue will go towards local keiki education?
