pahoa roundabout protest
#1
Does anyone have any info about a web link to whomever organized this or know when/where they might be doing this again?  I didn't have time to stop today but I'd be curious to hear what they have to say and I have some questions for them.
Certainty will be the death of us.

If you come across them let us know what you find out.... but mask up... they had kinda a viral look to them.

I was on the other side of the island, what did I miss?

Maybe 40 people waving signs and flags. I saw one "Covid is a hoax" sign. They all looked very happy dancing around. No masks.

Meantime, they get sick and clog up the hospitals.

Got it.

I’ll be sure to schedule my heart attack for another time!

Ah, I've seen that bunch all around the island. "Covid is cleansing", "Covid is a hoax", etc.. What a bunch of ***holes.

I saw what might have been the same group on the highway near Walmart the other day. One or two signs about vaccines causing 10,000 deaths and other nonsense. Unlike other sign-waving events I've seen there, no drivers were honking. They seemed to be socially distanced though - given there were so few of them that might not have been intentional.

And if we let them irritate us, they're getting what they want!

I don't think they are irritating. In fact, I think they are quite sad but a little humorous at the same time - a bit like sovereign citizens getting arrested all the time. Frustrating might be a better description, in that it's frustrating how stupid some people have become these days given all the opportunities available to them.
