We used Barbara Franklin to fix a deed issue for us. She's in Honokaa but we never had to go there. We did everything via phone/email/mail and a mobile notary.

I would also add Barbara Franklin as a good one.

However, if it's a very complex dispute I would suggest Bickerton Law Group LLLP - they are based in Honolulu but do have a Hilo presence.

They are very very big bucks, however.
