Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
How about MALarchy (a play on words). Which is what happens when you don't follow rules.

Well, another funny MTM skit - totally unscripted and again in front of a live studio audience, where Mary shows the "man" how it's done! She was one hell of a woman!

And watching paint dry is more fun than Patricia's posts!

No, I don't see the humor in that at all. Please note I'm trying my best to spell in American.

No, still doesn't work for me. It's amusing, but that's about it. For me (and please remember this is just my opinion), the best US comedies were Frazier and Seinfeld. Then, we have comedies but are also serious as well. My choice there is M*A*S*H  but I think Boston Legal is still one of the most intelligent yet funniest series I have ever watched, whether it's from the US or UK.

In the meantime, I never really watched "Friends" so I can't comment, but I know it was loved, and whenever I watched "Big Bang Theory," I often felt like throwing up. I'm sure there are other shows I can think of (e.g.,I enjoy watching The Andy Griffith Show on MeTV), but I have a hard time putting them above some of the best comedy from the UK.

Have we stopped talking about HPP while I composed this? I hope so.

I know what "malarkey" is/means. But that isn't HPPOA, is it? HPPOA is more than "foolish." Hence, a "play on words," as in made up, MAL-archy- BAD-government (it's a Latin thing).

There is still a lot to say about substandard subdivisions, of which HPP is only one. So no, I do not think you should feel it is your right to order people to be quiet, or "shut up."

How about if both of you, TomK and HiloJulie, take your coconuts and skip off to another thread? Thanks.

And you're right. There isn't anything funny about lawsuits. Especially when those in charge could have easily avoided them.

I decided this is a good spot to just chat from now on.
What a beautiful sunrise.

How did everyone survive the storm ?

I lost 2 trees and still don't have power.

Anybody notice somewhat of a reoccurring theme here?

I sure wish I had power. My well requires 220 and my generator is only 100.
This would be a great day to do laundry, with the bright sunshine to dry my clothes.
Oh well, just remember,we live here for the weather.
Getting back to Rhodes.  Hailey Bieber has a new peptide lip liner.  Got pigs?

Obie, I remember seeing where folks in Vietnam would rig up old US Army M151 jeep engine blocks as water pumps that they used a bicycle frame to pedal power.  Maybe you can engineer something like that.  Hell, Terracore probably already has one.  They say necessity is the mother of invention...
I wish you all the best.
Actually my pressure tank is large enough that I have drinking water and water for coffee.
Just can't take a shower or run the washer.
Flushing the toilet with water from the hot tub.
Lots of experience living without power.
HiloJulie, how do you find the time? More importantly, why? And if you are going to take any time at all, then why not do some research, as I suggested several comments back. I realize research, especially when you are looking for documents that are 50 plus years old, can be time-consuming. And you cannot just trot on over to HPPOA and ask them to help you. Because even if the HPPOA president does instruct "her" staff to spend "100 hours" looking for those documents, the search will prove nearly impossible. As it is hard to produce documents that have been destroyed- so, any copies would still need to be RESEARCHED (outside sources) and replaced.

Still, if you, KP, TomK, Obie, or whoever, have anything to add to the thread topic (Roads, substandard subdivisions) then by all means do. And while I know it is much easier to try to bait/discredit me, sharing informative, researched info would be a better use of everyone's time.

I do not care what your "personal opinions" of me are. Want to prove me wrong? Do your HPPOA research. Otherwise, I would again suggest you, "Go away." The "clever," personal, off-topic banter, while occasionally amusing (mostly to you) has nothing to do with the thread topic.
