MyManao, how about you start offering something more thoughtful, rather than throwing out personal attack?
I haven't seen one, actual decent, informative, THOUGHTFUL, statement from you. Why is that? Is it because you are incapable of that kind of interaction? Or do you just enjoy being unpleasant?
How about sharing some info, THOUGHTFUL discussion about roads? Bylaw? Unregulated associations?

In as much as I may not agree with you on topics as well as, and even more importantly, your delivery of those topics, I will add this:
He is an "old school" troll. In the almost one year I have had the sheer displeasure of his interactions on PunaWeb, on ANY topic, his ONLY sole response has always been, and always is as I will quote you here:

M2, you have closed two of my threads stating the reasons for is that they repeat the same info (round and round). It is interesting to me that BOTH of the threads you closed follow statements which Obie has made that are personal, untrue, and have nothing to do with the thread topic (the thread was not about "anti-mailboxes" or "board haters").
In addition, M2, you never ONCE address the numerous replies (from PWs long time residents) that again, have NOTHING to do with the thread and are really just a lot of bullying, snark, and deflective nonsense (mostly leading to a round and round of cat fighting and/or one-upmanship).
M2, you are neither fair or objective. If you disagree with that statement, please tell me why.

My family and I do not pick up our mail in a "convenient location" in HPP. In fact, we drive to Pahoa, have to try to find a place to park, and walk to get our mail. In addition, we pay approx. $800 a year for this service. My family and I are not the only HPP owners who do this and STILL OBJECT to the use of deed restricted land and restricted road fee money. Also, my family (who are not on "the list") and others who are on "list" also object to the erroneous adoption of 421J.
Seeing as no HPP Owners have been ALLOWED to speak to the USPS, regarding OUR mail service, owners really do not know what, EXACTLY, is acceptable to USPS and what OUR (owners') choices are.
"The current location" can mean a lot of things which the USPS is unwilling to identify (because of HPPOA) and HPPOA will not identify. As in, does "current" mean those mailboxes (which currently do not meet specs) would need to be updated? Their current sites cleared? Pushed back? Does current mean that traffic barriers should be considered/installed? Is "current location," which is deemed "unsafe" the same as an UPDATED, current location that meets all of the USPS specs?
The "fight" for mailboxes and what to do about them is a separate issue.
The lawsuit and those who AGREE with it are focused on the issues stated in the lawsuit:
Use of restricted road fee money
Use of deed restricted land
Erroneous adoption of 421J

M2, by that same token, have not MANY of the same PW posters (you know who they are) repeated themselves numerous times? And how many times will they be allowed to repeat, how they "think" I am this, or they "know" I am that?
Every time I post a thread- ANY thread- it is immediately jumped on by the same group, and you, M2, allow it.
Again M2, not fair or impartial.
