Would you have trusted Hawaii County with all land use decisions?
West Hawaii Today is taking a poll. Three choices:
"Yes. County officials, under the direction of Planning Director Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd, consistently act in the best interest of county residents in making planning decisions."
"Probably not. State officials have demonstrated a more consistent ability to evaluate the impacts of land use changes."
"Yeah, right! The county has yet to make a good planning decision."
