Well, you probably can buy properties for 95% less in the same climate in Wyoming![][][] Seriously, that area does not resemble Hawaii at all, it's very cold up there even in the "dry" section, and the "green" (wet) section actually makes me depressed whenever I drive through! It's always voggy or driving through the clouds and the rain is COLD!
