That's the claim... they were even actually grading and spreading some gravel in Waa Waa itself today... first time I think in 20 years? Nothing since the down slopes were paved 20 years ago.
ALL OF IT? No... just from Honolulu Landing to the Papaya Farms, from paved road to paved road.
