Puna / Hilo needs this kind of business

I like coffee shops, with comfy chairs. Borders' chairs are always full, with people waiting. OTOH, people don't seem to spend a lot of money there while hanging out. Starbucks cllosed there because it brought in less revenue than the one by Jamba Juice. I also like delis. I don't like Subway. I used to love O'Keefe's sandwiches in Hilo, and would always go there for a treat. I'm really not a fan of plate lunches on regular basis. Too much grease. Island Naturals has sandwiches though.

My pet peeve is when the deli/sandwich place is out of fresh avo. Fresh avo is important!

I'm sure there are other business needed, but I can't think of one at the moment.
