"It's a crime" new book

Walking the plans here in Hawaii County is not insignificant. It is not allowed on the mainland because they don't trust the public.... probably with good reason. Here they trust us to not make changes in the plans while in process. It is appreciated.

It also speeds up the process. Having your plans sit in a departments in and out boxes while moving from Planning, to Health, to engineering, to pan check can consume weeks. Being able to hand carry the plans is efficient, thoughtful and trusting.

Would not work in L.A.

Happy to live Hawaii.
