Hi all,
I've done a considerable amount of research on Hawaiian Acres. Such as:
The Restrictions
The wall
Topo maps
The CCRs
The weather
The Roads
The utilities or lack of in places
The frogs
The VOG
A big thanks to y'all for the countless threads on the east side in general. And to Pam for rescueing me from the K web a long time ago.
I would like to hear from any of you that live in HA. I was there or either in Fern Acres some years back but wasn't really thinking of buying there at the time. I was still pretty muvh infatuated with Kauai.
Anywho, any input would be cool, Good, Bad, ugly? Love to hear from the resident Realtors as well. Although I do,somewhat, have a Realtor. I call him the Prime Minister. He has set me up on an auto update, we call it a prospect list here in Tx., where you automaticly get updates from the MLS. Anyway, thanks in advance for any info you care to share.
