A little off topic ... Law or not ;

I doubt we will ever ( in our lifetimes ) see, police enforcement of the no smoking law @ the beaches here.

Pohoiki for example .... The folks who smoke would still do so right 'till the very moment police angle towards them or probably if / when there is a death penalty. Even then I honestly believe it would happen freely / no worries.

This is the one of the many reasons I love it here.

I wonder, once the HeleCOPters fly over every square foot of the island. What will be the timing basis for the second round ? Anyone have a grow cycle time table for the plants they are targeting ?
