I don't know why the Hawaii State Public Library System doesn't have a copy, but the Hawaii Speleological Survey put out a book, "Kazumura Cave atlas : Island of Hawaii : surveyed 1993 through 2000 with compass, inclinometer and tape by the Hawaii Speleological Survey," in 2004. The only place I can find so far that has it is ????Western Kentucky University???? There is a small map from the book at: http://www.cavegraphics.com/Kazumura Atlas Page.html. There is also a map of the Kipuka Kanohino cave system in Ka'u at: http://www.cavegraphics.com/Kanohina3dMap.html.
There is also some interesting stats on Kazumura and the other largest lava caves at: http://www.acave.us/llcave.htm.
Reality aint what we think it is. (blueroom.com/realityaint.htm)
