I am grooving on my Continental One Pass card from Chase. You get one mile Continental mile for every dollar spent. In addition if you shop through Continental's Shop One Pass website you get miles just for shopping and extra miles if you use your One Pass credit card.
I may be more loyal to Continental as they fly the non stop from Houston to Honolulu daily. I never pay baggage fees for myself or anyone that checks in with me.
When we were there last I went through the Shop One Pass site to Sears. Ordered a weed whacker online, paid with my Continental card and drove to the Sears in Hilo to pick it up. You have to be careful though as not every store allows in store pickup.
Edited to say - I was able to use my Continental miles for my round trip from Honolulu to Hilo on Hawaiian airlines too.
