I afraid to do everything by phone as it is more difficult to document it. Email is proof of all of our discussions and notice. She takes us trying to convince her that its in her best intrest as a threat.
After calling a Hawaii Gov consumer hotline I was told that we must still have her permission and that she must be reasonable. Boy is that open for opnion. I guess it might be time to hire a Lawyer and loose even more money while I have a angry crazy person in my house demanding repairs and scaring off repairmen. : (
The inspecter was going to be there at 8:30 and I havent heard anything yet. Hopefully all will go well and we can more on from her and she can move on from us.
