Well, this is not the old Soviet Union with a centrally controlled economy. In a free market if someone wants to buy AG land and grow legal crops they may do so whether those crops are for food, fiber, oil, mulch, vitamins, feedstock or lumber. That is the way it is. If you think those AG lands should be put to other purpose by all means buy the land and invest your money in your better idea.

Locating a processing facility for bio fuel is another matter and that is currently in play.
