Oh yes the "CYCLE" of the big island. 
I just purchased some property in Hawaiian Beaches. For the price I paid I don't see how it could get much cheaper. We'll see. I didn't want to miss the prices going back up. I think that it still will continue to drop. I don't think the big island has seen the bottom yet. But it's getting close. Esp, when you can buy a 'decent' lot in Nanawale Estates for a few thousand or buy lots in fern forest for 9K with SSP paid. but... that's just my take.
