The value of lurking
#4
a public meeting or assembly for open discussion ... Let's just face it! Some people are more negative then others. Some Forums encourage people to express their opinions in calling out people and disagreeing in a un-civilized manner.

And you know that's fine when your on a PUBLIC (Nation Wide) Forum I think. You know when you got someone from the East Coast disagreeing from someone on the West Coast. Sometimes a Heated debate and getting up on the soap box (ranting) about this or that can get a little dicey and like watching Jerry Springer; the entertainment value really goes up and is rather enjoyable! Big Grin Tho, that's just me.

I think what one has to come to conclusions is, Even tho they call it the Big Island, It's still small compared to the USA where everyone knows everyone. Chances of running into a neighbor or friend -OR- enemy is pretty good. It's not like we got 5 different towns with a Safeway and a Walmart in each one. I think a lot of people from the Mainland FORGET they are on an island ... So point being. Always play nice and try not to piss anyone off. Sorry goes a long way. Good Luck!
