Holland allowed dispensaries for all adults thirty years ago. Works well to this day, of course.
It's astounding how backwards the domestic situation is here.
The majority voted for lowest priority. We are being held back by self interested drug warrior, know nothing (except how to cash a check) politicians, ect.
If cannabis dispensaries are "controverisial", then most of the products sold in supermarkets here should be banned, as they are far more dangerous and deleterious to health and society.
