Thanks Guys. That makes me feel better. I did learn a lot about RE Law. Landlord tenant code. Other things that were helpful. All in all I'm glad I did it. It has helped me in my personal Real Estate transactions. Just to know the language was good during the closing process. My Mother is a successful Agent 40 years. It took her many years to actually make money. Now she has a following of investors that only use her. Nice place to be. She always says that the top 10% of realtors do all the transactions. And the top 1% get the all the big commercial sales and big expensive listings...Tough game.
