I'm wondering what you folks in HPP think Fred can do for you?
He can't spend taxpayer funds on a private subdivision that has private roads.He can't use the Geothermal funds either.
I believe that you if brought your main roads up to county standards,you could dedicate them to the county and then you would really see how long you have to wait to get your highway paved.
Hooray to Fred for using Geothermal Funds to get projects done that would otherwise wouldn't be funded !!
The county had no money and no intention to pave Pahoa Village Road !
