Sorry no one has answered your question. I had to replace a ripped liner about 12 years ago and it's so long ago I can't remember the company I used. However, it was an emergency (all my water had gone!) so I found a local company that replaced and installed it plus arrange for a water delivery all on the same day. From memory the whole thing cost about $1500 which sounds expensive but given the urgency and labor costs think it was a reasonably good price. In the thread I started recently about catchment cover costs one or two companies were mentioned which may be good starting points for you.
