Container Parking

I would think that the rules of parking for any vehicle would apply. You would have to park off the road, not on the road. I don't think that parking on a road is legal in any circumstance.... though unloading from a container for a short time on Puna's narrow subdivision roads might not constitute parking.
Assume the best and ask questions.
