I think that nationally, marijuana prohibition supporters are the minority now. Locally, they certainly represent a minority opinion.
Now it the time for local folks to contact the politicians and respectfully demand that the medical cannabis program be liberalized and that Hawaii should move towards an overall drug policy based on appropriate regulation and appropriate control of all recreational drugs, currently given by the politicians, to gangs, cartels, children and small, semi-domesticated farm animals.
