Well I assume you must be well informed and did the research yourself including looking at the newsletters right? Newsletters that were written when Dr. Paul abandoned politics to go back to his medical practice, including continuing to treat people of all races for free. The newsletter that you love to quote actually does have an author that is not Ron Paul, the byline is James B. Powell. Convenient that every news story leaves that out... Something about racist smears being the lowest form of political discourse. Dr. Paul is sorry for the mismanagement of his newsletter while he was working as a doctor, but unfortunately he will not throw Powell under the bus. You already know that Dr. Paul is a bigot though, must be very difficult for his gay campaign manager and african american press secretary. Just like it was hard for this man to deal with Dr. Paul: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Rv0Z5SNrF4
You can see the hate seething through him here: http://www.dynw.com/ronpaulisracist/pic4.jpg oh and here to: http://www.dynw.com/ronpaulisracist/pic1.jpg
Amazing that in the hundreds of hours of Ron Paul speaking that I have watched, or in the 15 minute conversation I had with him when I met him, that none of that bigotry came across. He is just so good at hiding it you know. Especially when he talks about pardoning non-violent drug offenders and points out that african americans are 5 times as likely to end up in jail proportionally to there drug use. As for conspiracy theories, you must be talking about the time he predicted the nasdaq bubble, or 9/11, or maybe the time he was yelling at everybody about a housing bubble in 2007. He is especially crazy about warning us that we should be careful about going to war with Iran and all the foremost intelligence and military experts in the US and Israel saying that Iran does not and will not have a nuclear weapon. I mean he was wrong about Iraq back when he was warning against that...

“Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms.”
