A reasonable question Obie.

Have you been to the SPACE facility? I only ask because it is obviously not a residential or agricultural structure and I do know that the Building and Planning Departments made them go through a bunch of hoops to get the building permit. They had to bring all non-conforming structures on the 20 acres up to code or remove them.... some of both occurred as I recall.

Graham would know more than I on this.
