Those are the AP projections which every news outlet uses, they are not accurate and will have to be changed before convention. Most state delegates are yet to be selected. Of those that have actually been selected Romney has 210 delegates and Paul has 137. Romney has like 40 super delegates too, which are not selected by the public, Paul has at least 1 now but should have 5 or so in the end. Both candidates will be on the ballot in Tampa, if Romney can get 1140 delegates on the first vote he wins, if not, all hell will break loose.
