I dunno... I hate to think that just ANYONE with some wood working skills could just come here and do what she did. So I really hope that people don't get the idea that it's this easy.
She is a skilled person and very busy person....
That being said, I saw no permits... She better have really good neighbors to watch her house while she is away. Tho, the trap door is a GREAT idea. I think even skilled thieves would have a hard time with that... Not like every thief has a sledge hammer and a cordless sawsall in the trunk.
Anyway, she states that she might send her mom back over in a few months. Well, this ain't the mainland.... A few months could turn into half a year and by that time the jungle will have reclaimed the house and lot!
Tho, I dunno, either she got extremely lucky, or had a lot of money or BOTH... For someone that got here with no car, she had to know a lot of people. Maybe it's her looks or charm. Dunno, but it took me much longer to accomplish what she did and I had a car at least!
I dunno. She had to have a lot of help, the video didn't even show her mom working, or her holding any tools. No pictures of her with sweat dripping off. Just pointing at stuff that she (apparently) did.
I find the whole thing kinda funny ... would have like to see all the money spent for materials and well... The video doesn't add up at all.
