We have a lot on Auli'i between 37th and 38th. Friends of ours bought a 3 acre square on 39th and Auli'i.
There is a large lava tube network underground all up and down Auli'i. I think it is worse on some of the right side lots going up from around 38th to 40th.
We were clueless when we purchased our lot. Friends more diligent discovered the underground caves and explored. The entrance is not on their lot but is on one adjacent.
Just be aware as dozing came be dangerous. If you can afford it have someone local walk the lot with you. Maybe one of the excavating companies.
Maybe we will be neighbors someday.
