Just wanted to add. We were there specifically looking and planned to purchase a 3 acre lot off 41st and Aulii. Then the 2 acre lot on pavement popped up in the MLS. It was on the market for 1 day when we saw it. In the end we opted for the two acre lot on pavement versus the 3 acre on the rough road. For us it was a good decision as two acres of rough land to deal with is plenty.
