I'm moving to the area next week and would like to know if there is bottled water delivery in the HPP area? I plan on replacing my water catchment tank with a food grade one, but until then I would like to have drinking water delivered.
Thank you

There is no such thing as a "food grade tank" for sale in Hawaii that I've seen. Though you can replace your catchment tank's liner with a food-grade liner. Though in all actuality it probably already has a food grade liner in it unless it's some home job done with tarps. Some people make snarky comments like you don't have a food-grade roof or gutters but the reality is that the water has very little time contact with those items and spends most of it's contact with the liner.

There's other threads about drinking catchment water that you can search for here but the gist is that unless you have either a UV sterilization unit or reverse osmosis, you'll probably be filling up your water jugs "at the dumps" like the rest of us. There are bottled water and tank water delivery options but the reality is that all the water comes from the same source. In our household we drink a combination of "dump water" and filtered/UV sterilized catchment. I think the catchment water has less taste but both are fine. But never drink catchment water that hasn't been irradiated, boiled, or pushed through a small enough filter (like reverse osmosis) to make it safe.

I think this may be food grade
From Chemtainer Hawaii :

Resin complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation 21CFR 177.1520©3.1 and 3.2. Lightweight and easy to handle. These tanks are designed for outside storage applications. Perfect as water containment tanks.

David that's not a tank. It's a really huge bottle. Maybe 4,000 gallons but still a bottle.
