Right, DanielP? Kalakoa, good observation on the need for three lights. We can't close down all driveways onto the highways unless we make another highway, leaving the existing one as a side road for all the existing houses/properties on the highway. They have to have access, can't legally landlock them at this point. But the way the highway divisions work, it's no small miracle to get any of the paperwork through anyway. Guess that's their way or regulation.
