That said, if you walk along the coast from MacKenzie the waterfall will not get in the way because it is at the southern end of a cliff. However, I always have driven to the cattle grate, parked on the side of the road, and hiked down. Don't wait until the tide is already high, because you want to see it start.
BTW - I always called it "the upside down waterfall". But it was so long ago that I don't remember if I made that up or if someone else told me that was the name...
Even if it's not the one in the photo, it's a lovely spot.
